Funny Friday: Good Links, Forum Posts, and DealDotCom (9/28/2007)

funny friday logo

TGIF! If you’re still stuck at work, here are some goodies to get you through the rest of the day:

MillionDollarWiki sucks, MillionEuroWiki sucks twice as much, but finally, this copycat sets itself apart.

Also, DealDotCom Sucks! It must be true because other people (as opposed to just me) think so!

But… what exactly is so bad about DealDotCom products?

So if DealDotCom isn’t great, what is? This website guaranteed to produce $2400 in monthly revenue, which just sold for the bargain basement price of $145.

Maybe it was a ripoff though? You can never be sure these days.

You can’t be too sure about Google, either, as they keep dishing out John Chow treatments.

But one thing you could do is skip out on link a dinking.

But whatever you do, don’t get lost.

nice cold beer

Click here to buy me a beer, because damn, I need to get drunk to forget how much internet marketing sucks!

Thanks for the link love. Perfect name for ablog. You can’t really get around it. It’s the best thing I’ve found and yet it still sucks. Sort of like being a professional poker player. You know that every day is a gamble with your time. You may spend months working on a site only to have one search engine or another mess with you. But that’s also part of the draw. Those who make it are stubborn and reap the rewards.

It’s been a learning experience, reading what others think of my loss in Google rank. Here’s hoping the decision is reversed in the near future, and thanks for the kind mention.

    Hey guys,

    This is shameless promotion:

We just launched http://FiveDollarWiki.com where you can buy links for 5 bucks!

The only difference is money here, the content would be about the same.

    This is top secret:

On the sidenote, we are working on our Top Secret, http://OneBuckWiki.com which we will launch in few days but don’t tell anyone yet. Shhhh….

We are also looking for couple people to build content. Basically we will hook you up with free pages and you have to put some good content right away.

You can email me at max [at] fivedollarwiki.com
