They were looking for manual reviewers to work for BlogRush since they were getting so many blog submissions and needed to speed up the review process. They're just automatically rejecting without appeal any new applicants based on a quickie bot read of one page. It took me to a blog that stole feeds from other blogs. I don't know if they actually approve each blog individually, but doubt people that use BlogRush want to advertise blogs like that.
