Watch Out For People That Think You Suck
I don’t want to name any names, but some people out there think that internet marketing sucks! 
And because of these feelings, some blogger might just write about how much you suck. You could search Google and Technorati all day looking for your name, but that would take forever.
Luckily, Patrick Altoft over at BlogStorm listed his top 6 reputation monitoring tools. It’s a great list because all you have to do to keep tabs on your name is copy and paste his links into your RSS reader. (Well, you have to change the search terms to your name, but that’s it.)
Then just scan these feeds once a day and see if anything cool pops up. (Or, if you’re really paranoid, go through the beginner’s guide to reputation monitoring at MarketingPilgrim.)
I’ll be on the lookout, because when you bash internet marketers like I do, you’re bound to get some backlash!
