The New Way To Buy and Sell Websites

The old way of buying and selling websites was to post your ad on a few forums, or browse the forums looking at the sites listed for sale. That could take hours every day whether you are listing your site for sale everywhere you can, or seeing what sites are listed on what forum. Then if your site got a bid on one forum, you’d have to update all the others.

And that has not really changed. But at the same time, it is totally different today. How can that be?

If you have found the new website that is changing everything, you probably understand. If not, then you need to check out Bizmp. It combines all the sales threads from 20 of the biggest site selling forums into one location.

If you’re looking for a site to buy, just head on over to Bizmp.com and browse the list. When you find one you like, just click that link and you go right to that thread. It’s that simple.

If you’re selling, you don’t do anything different. Just the fact that Bizmp.com exists means that more potential buyers will see your listing!

The only thing to complain about is the fact that it is still in beta and I want to see the fully functional site!!

The website seems to have been thrown together very quickly. The design isn’t working quite right in FireFox 2.0 (OSX) and not all of the site’s functionality is functional.

It is an interesting concept for a site, and hopefully the execution will improve. My question, though, is whether the site will get DMCA’ed for content theft.

    What do you think?

I can’t see a DMCA problem since they are only really taking the listing title, and then the link just goes back to the other forum.

And based on what I’ve heard, there has been a lot of effort and/or money going into the development, so I think it has a bright future ahead.
